I seem to be eating my way through the day. I freaking ate 2 donuts today and honestly I not even a big fan of donuts. *sigh* I'm not sure what the hell is wrong with me, but I better figure it out quick because another few days like today and my lovely loss of last week will be history!
On a positive note, I did make it to the gym today and did strength training in my arms and got 70 minutes on the elliptical and I didn't get dizzy or anything. So I'm also on the mend! Woot! So that's actually 2 positives.

Sometimes I eat and I have no idea why. Doesn't it drive you crazy? Congrats on the exercise! That's a lot of calories burned.
Yes, it does drive me crazy actually! I have a teen so some things in my cupboard are not ideal and those snacks can sit in there for months and I don't even think about them, and them Bam! I'm in the grocery store and I'm buying donuts and cookies (at least they were reduced fat!) and Pop Tarts and I want to eat it all! I still haven't caved and done fast food and don't even desire it, but apparantly sugar is now the devil and not fast food!
