Another day finished and another day back in control. It helps so much to have groceries in the house. It has made a huge difference in my fod choices and my desire to eat healthy. I feel strong and healthy this week!
I am now on day 3 of gym going. Tonight, of course, was Abs and Zumba! Still so excited to go to class every week. It's how I know it's where I still belong.
I watched tongiht's Biggest Loser and was very sad to see Kristin go. I really hoped she would win it. She will do awesome in real life though so ultimately that's all that matters. Currently watching the Blues in OT. Please let the playoof dream continue. The boys need to win at least one. Go Blues!
One last thing, I broke down and bought 30 Day Shred. Day 1 starts tomorrow!

Be careful! The Shred is addicting! I'm on day 12 and I love it. Well, not doing it, but the results are pretty great.
I'm with you - I was sad to see Kristin go. I think Mike tipped his hand too early. Ron showed his true colors, as I knew he would. I'm glad Kristin figured out what he did....letting Mike vote her off. I love the way he lied like a dog when Allison asked him if he knew. In the end, it's all about the game of course, but you could see everyone thinking, let Mike go below the line ONCE, and he's gone!
I admire the way you ladies seem to be able to do these workouts at home! All I can do is keep getting my happy ass to the gym...lol.
Natasha.. it was your post about inches lost that finally got me to get the Shred. I'm hoping to see similar results. That would be awesome.
Perry, I'm totally rooting for Tara to win it all now because of what Mike did to Kristin! And, I'm not that big a fan of Tara (I don't know why because she's done awesome through the entire BL process)
great job on the getting back to it. kristin should have kept her mouth shut at the elimination. mike lost she gained. cant blame him or ron for that!
can't wait to hear how you like Shred...I've been toying with picking it up.....
