Weekly Weigh In...

I went to my WW meeting today. I was expecting to stay the same or gain because I did not exercise as much as normal nor did I track my food. I actually showed a small loss of 3/4 lb. So I'm happy about that and encouraged to start tracking and getting back to my regular exercise program so I can see bigger losses.

I actually spent the whole day exercising. Doing this:

re your comment on my blog about liking the results of exercising more - I listen to my books on my iPod and only get to listen to them when I'm exercising. You would not believe - there have been some days that the only reason I have actually exercised was because I was dying to get back to my book!!

I know you do classes, so you can't necessarily do that, but... in case you're looking for a good motivator to get you out walking or running or something.

Oh, and there are no small losses missy.... WAY TO GO!!!!!
