Back on track

Gosh, I'm totally on track today and I wasn't even trying. I even got in a fantastic workout. According to my HRM, I burned 678 calories, and my points for the day totalled 20. Yay, I get me a dessert... or snack of some sort before I go to bed probably a banana at this point... because I'm doing so well.

Work is going really well. I like my job and who I work for. I'm learning an enormous amount of new and helpful things that will make me a huge asset to the company. So I'm pretty excited.

Oh and my Y started a new session for all its classes and they added another day for Zumba! So I get to take Zumba 3 times a week now! I'm pretty stoked about that.

Our fitness center is just starting Zumba. Is it hard? Is it a good work out? Is it a lot of hip movements?(I'd rather not look like a weeble wobbling). I was thinking i'd take the class. I've enjoyed most of what I've tried so far.

Jodie, Zumba is so much fun! It takes latin and hip hop dance and incorporates it into a fitness routine. One average I burn about 650 calories everytime I talk the class. Also, dont worry about how you look while doing it. You think people are looking at you, but they are really not. You don't even look at you. You look at the instructor the whole time! You should try it and be sure to let me know what you think.
