Hungry!

Hungry, Hungry, hungry. That's all that keeps going through my head right now. I am so hungry. Apparantly I need to re-examine my new breakfast, which was yummy and see what else needs to be added to it to help sustain me through until lunch time. I've just eaten a small snack but that hasn't helped either. I've also drank a ton of water, that hasn't helped either. I am not happy right now...

Doesn't that just stink?! I hate it when I feel like that. The only thing that I've found to help is stuffing a piece of gum into my mouth and going out to do something that doesn't involve food. Sometimes when I'm running from the fridge, I just pop into a store and try on some clothes. It helps keep me busy, and away from the food.

one thing that helps me is to add a peice of fruit to my breakfast and lunch. For some reason, the sweet with fruit sends a deeper signal to my brain that says "you really ate something", and I am more satisfied. Apples or berries do it best.

Breakfast actually was vanilla yogurt w/ banana slices and blackberries. It was very tasty and at the time filling, it just didn't last very long. I doing a little better but it is almost lunch time so I'm in anticipation mode right now. heh.

Thanks for the suggestions, I think I'll go buy some gum to stick in my desk at work so I can try that as a doistraction next time.

hang in there. perhaps you can munch on some cut up bell peppers?
